Sean started his career as a graphic designer in book publishing. Initially working for independent publisher Ocean Press Sean moved to London and secured a post at Chrysalis Books designing for their imprint PRC. During his time at Chrysalis Sean designed the title Frank Lloyd Wright Chicago. The 260 page book is an illustrated biographical journey of Wrights residential designs in and around Chicago. His time at Chrysalis paved the way for his move into magazine publishing in 2007.
